Crises are inevitable, and there is no shortage of advice on what communication channels and strategies to use – but what do you actually say (or write) and how do you say it? How do you employ language to address affected stakeholders, repair trust and deal with the fall-out of a crisis? How do you formulate an apology to make sure it gets accepted?
